Our story

Started in 2019. Now serving 30+ clients across India.

Madhav Innovation began with a simple frustration: too many software projects fail because the developer disappears, the price triples, or the final product doesn't match what was promised.

We started this company to do it differently. Fixed prices, written contracts, weekly demos, real handover. No surprises, no jargon, no excuses.

Today we are a 15-person team — engineers, designers, project managers — working from our office in Bhavnagar, Gujarat. We serve clients across India and internationally (US, UK, UAE, Australia). We work on a handful of projects at a time so each one gets full attention.

Quote = final price. Period. If we underestimate, that's our cost to absorb — not yours. Only if YOU add new features (not us) does the price change, and only after written approval.

100% code & design yours

Source code, design files, hosting accounts, store listings — all in your name from day one. Any other developer can take over without our permission. No vendor lock-in.

04 · We stay around

Real post-launch support

30-90 days of free bug fixes after launch. Need ongoing work after that? Optional monthly retainer — not forced. Many clients leave us and come back years later. That's fine.

05 · We say no

Honest "you don't need this"

If we think you're spending money on features you don't need, we say so. We'd rather build less and have you succeed than build more and have you fail.

06 · NDA always

Your idea stays private

Signed NDA before discussing project details. Your business plans, customer data, and source code never leak. We've never had a leak in 5 years.

2024 — Today

15-person team, AI-assisted builds

Now a team of 15 engineers, designers, and project managers. Started integrating AI into our internal tools to ship faster without cutting corners. Working with 30+ active clients including 5 international.

2023

Crossed 50 projects milestone

Delivered our 50th successful project. Established ourselves as a reliable engineering partner in Gujarat. Started getting Upwork and direct international clients.

2022

Mobile app practice launched

Existing web clients needed mobile apps. Built dedicated Flutter and native iOS/Android team to meet demand. First mobile app shipped this year.

2021

Hired first employees

Grew from 2 co-founders to a 5-person team. Moved into a proper office in Bhavnagar. Started accepting larger projects.

2019 — Founded

Started in Bhavnagar

Two friends, one shared frustration with how IT projects get delivered, and a decision to do it properly. First clients found through referrals from family and friends. Same mission today.
