Hourly billing punishes you when work takes longer than expected. We do the estimation upfront — once you accept the quote, the price is locked. If something takes longer than we thought, that is our problem, not yours.
Typically: 40% to start, 30% at design approval, 30% on launch. For larger projects we can split into more milestones. We accept bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS), UPI, Stripe, Razorpay, and Wise for international clients.
Third-party costs are passed through at cost: domain registration (~₹800/yr), hosting (~₹3000-15000/yr depending on traffic), paid APIs (SMS, payment gateways, maps), App Store ($99/yr), Play Store (one-time $25). We tell you exactly what these cost before kickoff.
Small tweaks during development are free. Larger changes (new features, scope additions) are quoted separately so you decide if they are worth it. We never silently add to your bill.

During development you approve every milestone before we move on, so you never see surprises at the end. After launch, free bug-fix support is included (30-90 days depending on package). For substantive disputes, we refund pro-rata based on completed work.
